1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KingWorX website at kingworx.com.au (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About KingWorX

KingWorX Pty Ltd is an Australian company that designs, imports, and sells automotive performance and aero parts. Our designs are CAD-engineered in Australia and manufactured by selected partners overseas to our precise specifications.

3. Products & Fitment

3.1 Fitment Responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify that a part is compatible with your specific vehicle before purchasing. While we provide fitment guides and model compatibility information in good faith, fitment can vary based on manufacturing year, trim level, regional specification, and prior modifications.

If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. We are happy to advise. KingWorX is not liable for parts purchased for an incompatible vehicle where the customer failed to verify compatibility.

3.2 Performance Parts Disclaimer

Some parts sold by KingWorX are designed for motorsport or track use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any parts you install comply with applicable road laws, vehicle registration standards, and safety regulations in your state or territory. KingWorX accepts no liability for use of parts in a manner that is unlawful or contrary to manufacturer instructions.

3.3 Product Descriptions

We endeavour to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may appear differently on screen. Specifications may change without notice. If you receive a product materially different from what was described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay (where available). All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.

4.3 GST

All prices displayed on our Site include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable, as required under Australian law.

5. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at orders@kingworx.com.au. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KingWorX's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Site or products is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
  • Loss of income, profit, or business opportunity
  • Damage to your vehicle arising from improper installation
  • Any loss arising from your failure to verify fitment compatibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
